Service is billed hourly. 

Time spent on your account depends on several factors: volume of transactions per month, number of bank and credit card accounts open, additional services negotiated, and efficiency of your data submissions.

Service is always billed hourly, with a required minimum per period. The starting required minimum is $150 for quarterly service.

Service frequency (bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly) is mutually determined during onboarding and refined over the first few periods. 

Below are examples of estimates based on business size and style. Most clients fall in the small/medium volume category. 

Example clients: Etsy Shop Owner, Gig Worker, Fine Art Painter, Real Estate Beginner

• Side hustle with limited transactions  
• One bank account and/or credit card

 $150 / Quarterly 

Example clients: Full-time Self-Employed Artists or Builders, Boutique Retail Shop, Real Estate Professional

• Predictable, routine moderate-volume transactions with customers and vendors
• Two to five bank accounts and credit cards
• Invoices paid through QBO
• Additional Data Entry or Services  

 $150-300 / Monthly (Small)

 $300-600 / Monthly (Medium)

 

Example clients: Multiple Location Retail Shops, Fully Staffed Construction Company, Real Estate Developer

• Multiple LLCs or very high transaction volume
• Multiple bank accounts, credit cards, and third-party revenue streams (e.g., PayPal, Square) 
• Additional services, such as payroll journal entries and sales tax remittance

$600-1200 / Monthly
